Hindu fascists and communal forces from other religions of Intelligence agencies, police, media, society and other civil society organizations in India want to destroy PVCHR and finish me & my family. Continuously they are trying to break me psychological and attacked few times physical. But I am remembering quote of Mahatama Gandhi, “You can chain me, you can torture me, you can even destroy this body, but you will never imprison my mind.”

विधान सभा पर जमा हुए हज़ारों सत्याग्रही

पुलिस की इसी दमनात्मक कार्यवाही को रोकने के लिए और कानून का राज स्थापित करने के लिए मानवधिकार जननिगरानी समिति ने आजादी के दिन 15 अगस्त, 2013 को शाम 6रू00 बजे से शुरू “सत्याग्रह” को पूरे प्रदेश में अनवरत जारी रखते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री महोदयपुलिस महानिदेशक महोदय को इन सभी मांगो के समर्थन में आमजनों के हस्ताक्षरयुक्त 15 फीट के फ्लैक्स को भेजा गया है
इस सत्याग्रह में लोगो द्वारा तकरीबन कुल 60 मांगो को उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी, मिर्जापुर, सोनभद्र, जौनपुर, अम्बेडकरनगर, अलीगढ़, मुरादाबाद, मेरठ, आदि कई जिलो में लोग अनवरत यह सत्याग्रह जारी रखे हुए है और अपने समर्थन के लिए हस्ताक्षरयुक्त मांग पत्र मुख्यमंत्री महोदय को भेजा गया हैउत्तर प्रदेश के 22 जिलो में लोग 2 घंटे रोज सत्याग्रह पर बैठे
यह सत्याग्रह का प्रथम चरण है यदि इसके बाद भी न्यायमिला और कानून का राज स्थापित नहीं हुआ तो इसके बाद सत्याग्रह के अगले चरण में पूरे प्रदेश के गाँव गाँव में लोक वि।ालय चालाया जाएगा जिसमे से निकली आमजन की समस्याओं को माननीय मुख्यमंत्री और राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग को भेजा जाएगाजिसमे साईकिल यात्रा, पैदल यात्रा जैसे मानवाधिकार जन अभियान किये जायेंगे जिसमे प्रदेश के अन्य संगठनो को जोड़ा जाएगा

We want that NHRC should summon me, Shruti, Police Officials and Sunil Gupta before a full-bench of commission and start proceedings. The Commission should strengthen its Human Rights Defender Desk. Investigations should be carried out after filing the First Information Report on the threats received on 20 December, 2012 and 16 January, 2013 and compensation should be given to the mentally tortured victim,; Sapna and other human rights workers. The whole case should be handed over to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for freed and fair investigation and action should be taken against the police officials responsible for injustice under section 166A of Indian Penal Code.
