Pursuant to the directions of the Commission dated 4.10.2012, District Magistrate, Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh vide his letter dated 27.6.2013 has forwarded a detailed report of joint enquiry conducted by SDM, Chief Medical Officer, Food and Supplies Officer, District Welfare Officer and 5 others. The report admits that master Chander Shekhar and Kumari Mandodri have been suffering from malnutrition.
